Paul Nash
Deputy CEOAfter finishing University with a degree in IT and a degree in Business, Paul joined Age UK ensuring older people received the support that was available to them in the local community. Initially a Benefits Specialist, Paul moved into a role as Information and Advice Manager, and then General Manager. Paul’s aim during this time was to tackle loneliness and isolation, promote health, wellbeing and independence, support families and carers, help people access services and financial benefit entitlements, and promote equality, diversity and inclusion. Paul worked at Age UK for 16 years in total before moving to a Refugee & migrant support organisation which set out to empower refugees and migrants who reside in the UK to lead self-sufficient and ambitious lives. Paul Joined Citizens Advice East Berkshire during March 2022.

Business Development ManagerNeil first worked for Bournemouth Citizens Advice in 1992 as work experience during a law degree. He became a welfare rights specialist in 1999 for 14 years and has worked on and off for Citizens Advice for about 18 years. Neil has worked in mental health since 2017 working for a Rethink MH recovery centre before becoming a deputy manager at a complex needs service in Islington for SHP during lockdown. He moved out of London in 2022 and re-joined Citizens Advice last October.
