Citizens Advice East Berkshire has an opening for a part-time Caseworker, supporting tenants of Abri Housing in the Bracknell and District area. As a Caseworker, you will provide generalist advice on subjects including benefits and income maximisation and debt and financial capability. In many cases you will be supporting vulnerable clients, sometimes carrying out home visits or at outreach venues in the community.

Citizens Advice East Berkshire is looking for a Food Bank Assessor to work within Bracknell and Crowthorne Food banks to help deliver a free advice service for people struggling to afford the basics. As an assessor, you will interview clients to understand their needs and help them to set priorities and explore their options. You will work alongside our advisers to help people or households facing hardship to maximise their income.
