We’ve moved in Bracknell – and our drop-in service has moved too

We’ve moved – and our Bracknell drop-in service has moved too

We are now based at the Bracknell Open Learning Centre (OLC) on Rectory Lane, but there is no drop-in service at this location. Instead, you can will be able to access our drop-in advice sessions in the following community locations:

  • Bracknell Library,(Lower Ground Floor), Town Centre, every Thursday (10am–12 noon) from 16 July
  • Community Hub, Time Square, Market Street (Bracknell Forest Council) every Tuesday (1-3pm) from 21 July

This new approach means you can get help in places that are easier to reach and part of your everyday routine.

What this means right now
As we settle into our new space, there may be some short-term changes to face-to-face services. We’re really sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and are working hard to make the transition as smooth as possible.

Our service is still very much open – just delivered a little differently for now.

Our new base
We are now based at:

Bracknell Open Learning Centre (OLC), Rectory Lane

A short distance from Bracknell town centre:

  • Easy to reach by local bus routes
  • Free parking available on-site and nearby

At the OLC, we are currently offering pre-booked appointments only.

Please note: there is no drop-in service at this location.

Bringing advice into the community
We know how important it is to be able to get help without needing an appointment.
That’s why, instead of running a single drop-in service from one office, we’re bringing our advice directly into community spaces – making it easier for you to access support in places you already visit.

Current and planned drop-in sessions (from w/c 20 July 2026):
• Community Hub, Time Square, Market Street (Bracknell Forest Council)
Every Tuesday, 1-3pm

• Bracknell Town Centre Library (Lower Ground Floor)
Every Thursday, 10:00am – 12:00 noon

We’re really excited about this approach, and we hope it makes it simpler and more convenient for you to get the help you need.

How you can get advice

You can still access our services in a way that works best for you:

📞 By phone via our Adviceline

🌐 Online through our advice website

📅 By appointment at our new OLC base

We’ll continue to update our website as new sessions and details are confirmed.

Thank you for your patience
We understand that changes like this can feel unsettling, especially if you rely on our service. We really appreciate your patience and understanding while we make this transition.

We’re proud of what we’ve achieved over the past 12 years and we’re looking forward to this next chapter, where we can support even more people in ways that are easier to access and closer to our community.
