Citizens Advice East Berkshire receives grant from Berkshire Community Foundation to boost volunteering
Citizens Advice East Berkshire (CAEB) has received a grant from Berkshire Community Foundation in its latest round of funding.
The money will go towards Citizens Advice East Berkshire Volunteers Project helping our advice service to increase volunteer capacity and training.
Bill Feeney, interim CEO at CAEB, said: “CAEB are delighted to have received this funding from Berkshire Community Foundation. Over the year it will help up to provide much needed training increase volunteer capacity, particularly on our Adviceline phone services. It’s wonderful to know that BCF understands and appreciated the vital work CAEB does every day in East Berkshire. “

Citizens Advice East Berkshire supports people living or working in Bracknell Forest, Maidenhead and Windsor, and Slough by providing free, independent, impartial, and confidential advice and support. Last year we helped 6,013 people and helped solve 30,996 problems.
Berkshire Community Foundation works across Berkshire to raise, then distribute, funds to charities and community groups in the County.
